Buyer beware – before it is too late

A recent court case has ruled that an owner builder who advertised their home for sale as “renovated to the highest standard” was not liable to compensate the buyer despite the house had significant building defects.

If anything this should be a very clear reminder for any prospective buyer to carry out due diligence before it is too late.
