Over the last 30 years I have dealt with many property managers as a property owner, a tenant and during my the course of my business activities. Bronwyn is undoubtedly the best one I have used as a landlord and would be very happy if she was managing a property that i was leasing. Bronwyn has managed my residential property for over 6 years. I have known Rasmus since 2010 when he offered me a free sales appraisal to my house, since then he rang from time to time to give me updates on market conditions. Later on, I decided not to sell my house and rented it out instead but Rasmus's free information didn't stop there. Last year, I assigned Rasmus to sell a house for me just before Xmas. He wasn't the cheapest one but the money was worthwhile to pay. From the beginning until the end, Rasmus was there to inform me any updates of the process such as how many inquiries he had received, any coming private viewing and home open etc. Even for the bank valuation, he was there to make sure everything going smoothly.
