She has perseverance, great follow-through and a strong work ethic. In 2002, she graduated from TAFE with a property management registration. Soon after, she began working in a variety of offices as a property manager and team leader before completing her Diploma in Property Services and gaining a Real Estate and Business Agents Licence and Triennial Certificate in 2011.

Bronwyn started Perth Rental Properties in 2013, believing there was a need to provide property management with personal attention and professional results and where investors can rest assured their property is in good hands. In 2015, Bronwyn rebranded Perth Rental Properties to Mavin Real Estate in order to offer clients a more complete service including residential property sales as well.
