Jay is a proud third generation Vic Parker and dad of a young daughter.

He has gone from being a sales representative to being in partnership in two real estate businesses and now back to where he started, selling real estate, which is what he enjoys the most.

After 28 years in the Real estate industry, Jay still gets a buzz out of helping someone find their first house or their first investment property.

These days, Jay is based in Victoria Park but does work all over the Perth metro area as people who he has sold for in the Victoria Park area move to other suburbs and then years later call him to help them again and then sometimes again.

Jay is a Board member at Connect Victoria Park, an organisation that is a great asset for our community.

Fellow Mavin sales representative Jaidyn is his nephew, working together with the goal of getting him in to his first home ownership.
