For more than 24 years Michael has been a prominent figure in the Victoria Park and surrounds real estate community. Having lived in the area for the majority of his real estate career, Michael’s local knowledge and passion for the suburb is second to none.

He completed a Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate) and started his first business; Property Force, Michael Cullen and Associates in 2000. Having run his own business for over 7 years, Michael then became a full partner and licensee for Porter Matthews Real Estate Victoria Park. After being with the company for over 9 years Michael decided to sell his half of the company to his business partner and join Mavin Real Estate.

Michael is currently working on gaining a teaching qualification through TAFE in his spare time to impart his extensive knowledge of property sales onto the next generation of professionals. His vast experience, commitment to property sales and negotiating prowess is what makes Michael a stand out choice for his new and returning clients.
