Co I have known Bronwyn from the time I contacted her (recommended to me by the Agent (now retired), from whom I bought my flat in Perth. She is very organised & methodical; relates easily 2 people & knows her job & markets very well. She also finds solutions 2 your problems & doesnt think only of collecting rent & her fee. I had a washing machine which d tenants did not need/want & this was a problem for me. But she then rembered another tenant she had who was a “1st time, just leaving home tenant”, & did a deal where he got what he needed & i sold what I did not need!
