2015 has almost come to an end and looking back there is no doubt that the year started better for sellers and landlords than it ended.

Tenants and property buyers can look forward to 2016 knowing that the Perth real estate market will continue to experience favourable conditions. However given that our WA economy is turbulent at the best of times, the market will turn again at some point.

2015 was also the first year of Mavin Real Estate and it seemed like only yesterday that Bronwyn and myself commenced the new business and I am pleased to say that the year has exceeded our expectations. The support from past clients has been outstanding and Mavin Real Estate already manages 30% more properties today than when we commenced in January. By far most of the business gained (property management as well as sales) has come from past clients as well as referrals and we would like to thank everyone for all the past and continual support.
